Accessibility Statement
CANSLER is committed to improving access to our website, products, information, and customer support for people with disabilities.
1. Our commitment
CANSLER seeks to provide a shopping experience that is usable by a broad audience, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, voice input, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome specific feedback.
2. Accessibility objective
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical reference for ongoing improvements. Mentioning this objective is not a claim that every page, integration, or third-party component currently conforms in every respect.
3. Measures we consider
- logical heading structure and meaningful page titles;
- keyboard access and visible focus states for interactive controls;
- text alternatives for meaningful product and content images;
- labels, instructions, and understandable error feedback for forms;
- sufficient color contrast and information that is not communicated by color alone;
- responsive layouts that support browser zoom and different screen sizes;
- descriptive link and button text;
- reduced dependence on motion and support for user motion preferences where appropriate; and
- periodic automated and manual accessibility review.
4. Third-party content
Some functions may depend on third-party services such as payment, maps, embedded media, delivery tracking, customer accounts, or other integrations that CANSLER does not fully control. We encourage those providers to support accessibility and will seek a reasonable alternative when a third-party barrier prevents access to a CANSLER service.
5. Feedback and accommodation requests
Tell us the page or feature involved, the problem encountered, the assistive technology and browser used if you are comfortable sharing them, and the format or assistance that would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
6. Alternative ordering assistance
If the online Order Request process is inaccessible, contact us by email or telephone. We can provide product information and reasonable assistance through an alternative communication method. For security, do not send full card details, CVV, bank passwords, or one-time codes by email.
7. Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility when updating content, design, forms, and store functions. Because technology and standards evolve, we may revise this Statement and our improvement priorities over time.
