1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CANSLER ("CANSLER," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, submitting information, or completing an accepted purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an Order Request.

2. Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, delivery, and order information and to promptly correct errors. You are responsible for ensuring that selected sizes, colors, quantities, delivery details, and payment preferences are accurate before approving the final order.

3. Order Request process

1. You select products and submit an Order Request with contact and delivery information.
2. CANSLER reviews availability, destination, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any relevant restrictions.
3. We send a confirmation, secure invoice, or payment instruction showing the final amount and available payment method.
4. You review the details and choose whether to pay. CANSLER does not request a complete card number, CVV, or bank password through the Order Request form or ordinary email.
5. An order is accepted only after required payment and verification are completed and CANSLER confirms acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an Order Request before acceptance because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing or description errors, delivery limitations, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If payment was received for an order we cannot accept, we will cancel and issue the appropriate refund.

4. Products, images, sizing, and availability

We aim to present product information accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production variation, and photography may affect perceived color and texture. Measurements and sizing guidance are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Accessories or styling items shown in photographs are not included unless listed in the product description.

Products and variants may be limited, changed, or discontinued. Placing an item in a cart or submitting an Order Request does not reserve inventory. Availability is confirmed before payment.

5. Prices, taxes, discounts, and final total

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Product prices may change before an order is accepted. The final amount—including product price, shipping, applicable taxes, discounts, and any clearly disclosed optional charge—will be shown before payment is requested. Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and generally cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

If a material pricing or product-information error is identified before acceptance, we may correct it and ask whether you wish to continue. If an accepted paid order must be cancelled because of an error, we will notify you and issue the appropriate refund.

6. Payment

Payment is governed by our Payment Policy. Only use the secure method and instructions provided by CANSLER for the specific order. A payment method selected in the Order Request is a preference and remains subject to availability and verification in the final invoice.

7. Shipping, title, and delivery

Shipping estimates and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and for reviewing the carrier's delivery record promptly.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. These policies are incorporated into these Terms.

9. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on your experience, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant CANSLER a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it for store, customer-service, and promotional purposes. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, contains personal data, or violates these Terms. We do not promise to publish every submission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit false or fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale without permission, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, violate law, or use the site to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

11. Intellectual property

The website's branding, product presentation, text, graphics, logos, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to CANSLER and protected by applicable laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

12. Third-party services

The website may depend on or link to third-party hosting, payment, delivery, communications, analytics, or other services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. CANSLER is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, but this clause does not limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Disclaimers

Except for express promises in an accepted order or rights that cannot be excluded, the website and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that general styling information will meet every individual's needs. Product-specific limitations are described in our Product Disclaimer.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CANSLER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use or an inability to use the site. For a claim related to a purchased product, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This section does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, fraudulent conduct, or violation of another person's rights. This does not apply to losses caused by CANSLER's own breach or misconduct.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using a court or consumer remedy available under applicable law, and mandatory protections of your home state remain unaffected.

17. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the date above. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the fullest extent permitted. These Terms, the accepted order, and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the transaction.
