CANSLER · Customer Policy
Payment Policy
CANSLER uses an internal Order Request process so customers can review availability, delivery, tax, and the final amount before making payment.
1. How payment works
You provide contact and delivery information, requested items, and a preferred payment method. No payment is collected by submitting the request.
We confirm product availability, the delivery address, shipping charge, applicable taxes, discounts, and any required verification.
You receive a secure invoice or payment instruction showing the final amount before payment is requested.
Use only the method and secure destination identified in the final communication for that order.
The order is accepted after payment and required verification are completed and CANSLER confirms acceptance.
2. Available payment methods
The Order Request form may allow you to state a preference such as payment card, digital wallet, bank-based payment, or another displayed option. A selected preference is not a guarantee that the method is available for the order. The methods actually accepted are only those shown in the final secure invoice or payment instruction.
Payment services may apply their own terms, privacy notices, identity checks, limits, currency conversion, or processing rules. CANSLER does not control a customer's bank or payment provider.
3. Currency and final amount
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices and invoices are in U.S. dollars. Before payment, the final amount will identify product charges, shipping, applicable taxes, discounts, and any optional charge you approved. CANSLER will not add an undisclosed mandatory charge after asking you to pay.
4. Authorization, verification, and failed payment
Payment may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, address verification, or other controls. We may request reasonable non-sensitive information to confirm an order. Do not send full card details or account passwords. If payment is declined, reversed, expired, incomplete, or cannot be verified, the order is not accepted or may be placed on hold while we contact you.
5. Invoice validity and inventory
An invoice or payment link may include an expiration date. Inventory is not guaranteed indefinitely while payment remains incomplete. If a product becomes unavailable before acceptance, we will offer an available alternative only with your consent or cancel the affected item and arrange the appropriate refund if money was received.
6. Payment confirmation
Keep the order confirmation and transaction reference. A payment receipt alone does not change product, delivery, or cancellation terms in the accepted order. If the amount or recipient appears different from CANSLER's final instruction, stop and contact us through the details published on canslershop.com before paying.
7. Refunds
Approved cancellation and return refunds are normally issued to the original payment method or through the route identified in the invoice process. CANSLER does not request an additional payment, gift card, password, or one-time code to release a legitimate refund. See our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
8. Fraud prevention
We may decline, hold, or cancel a transaction when information is inconsistent, a payment cannot be verified, or fraud or unauthorized use is reasonably suspected. We may share limited transaction and order information with payment, fraud-prevention, security, fulfillment, and legal service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Suspicious payment message
If you receive an unexpected payment request, a changed account destination, or a request for credentials, do not pay or reply. Contact CANSLER using the email or telephone number published below. CANSLER is not responsible for funds voluntarily sent to an unaffiliated impersonator, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
