1. Images and styling

We aim to show products accurately. Lighting, photography, editing, model styling, browser settings, screen calibration, and production variation can affect apparent color, scale, texture, and finish. Lifestyle images may show clothing, bags, jewelry, footwear, props, or accessories that are not included. Only items identified in the product title, selected variant, description, and accepted order are included.

2. Color and pattern variation

Colors such as cocoa, merlot, ivory, olive, charcoal, sage, and sand are descriptive names and may appear differently across screens. Pattern placement, stitching, hardware tone, grain, and minor finish details can vary between production units. A reasonable variation is not necessarily a defect, but verified incorrect fulfillment remains eligible for an appropriate remedy.

3. Sizing and fit

Size labels and fit terms are general guides. Fit varies by design, body shape, layering preference, and supplier specification. Review the available measurements and compare them with a similar garment or accessory before ordering. Model appearance does not guarantee the same fit for every customer.

4. Materials and construction

Material or fiber content applies only when stated on the product page or label. A leather-like, suede-like, woven, quilted, metallic, or other visual appearance does not by itself mean a product is made from a particular material. CANSLER does not claim that a product is genuine leather, vegan, hypoallergenic, waterproof, water resistant, organic, recycled, or made in a particular country unless expressly confirmed.

5. Care

Follow the product's sewn-in care label, packaging, and product-specific instructions. Test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area when appropriate. Washing, drying, ironing, steaming, bleaching, solvent use, or storage inconsistent with the instructions can cause shrinkage, color transfer, fading, distortion, hardware damage, or loss of finish and may affect return eligibility.

6. Sunglasses and eyewear

Fashion eyewear must not be treated as protective equipment. UV protection level, polarization, impact resistance, prescription compatibility, driving suitability, and compliance with a technical standard apply only when expressly stated and supported for the specific product. Sunglasses are not intended for direct viewing of the sun, artificial UV sources, welding, or industrial eye protection.

7. Outerwear and seasonal clothing

A jacket, trench coat, quilted garment, hoodie, or seasonal label does not guarantee a temperature rating, waterproofing, windproofing, or protective performance. Use weather and temperature claims only when stated for the specific product. Clothing is not personal protective equipment unless expressly certified and described as such.

8. Bags, belts, and accessories

Do not overload bags, straps, zippers, handles, belts, or hardware. Keep products away from open flame, excessive heat, prolonged moisture, harsh chemicals, and abrasive surfaces. Small components may present a hazard to young children. Hardware finish can change with friction, moisture, cosmetics, or normal use.

9. Sensitivities and allergies

Customers with known skin, textile, dye, metal, fragrance, latex, or material sensitivities should review confirmed composition information before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. 10. Availability and changes

Products, variants, packaging, and non-material design details may change or be discontinued. We will not substitute a materially different item without your consent. If information is corrected before payment, you may choose whether to proceed. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will provide an appropriate cancellation, replacement, or refund option.

11. Consumer rights
